We selected Greg Waldmann because we were very happy with our prior experiences with him -- he helped us buy two homes before we sold this one. We had a unique situation because, although we planned to sell our old home immediately after we purchased our new home, the company we hired to move us out of the old home flooded our kitchen and caused over $100,000 in damages. We had to tear out and reb uild the entire kitchen before we could sell. By the time we were able to sell, the market had shifted significantly in favor of buyers. Greg's advice during the remodel was invaluable and he had everything in place to put the house on the market the same day we completed the remodel. Thanks to Greg, we sold the house one weekend. Neighboring homes that went on the market at the same time are still not sold.
